Services

Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance:

Staffed by emergency medical technicians, our BLS units are used primarily for non-emergency calls in Oakland County. BLS units are equipped with life saving equipment, such as automatic external defibrillators, as well as transporting equipment, such as stair chairs for patient comfort and safety.

Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance:

Staffed by paramedics, our ALS units comes equipped with 12-lead EKG monitoring devices, advanced airway management, pulse oximetry, EtCO2 monitoring, 3-channel infusion pumps, and life saving medications. ALS ambulances are required to respond to all emergency calls in Oakland County.

Critical Care ambulance:

Staffed by critical care paramedics, who have received additional education treating critical care patients, such as ventilator dependent patients.

Pediatric kits:  New!

Our units have been upgraded to include pedi-neb pacifier nebulizers, pediatric nebulizer mask kits, blow-by nebulizer bear oxygen, and animated DVDs. All equipment is targeted to kids to make the medical experience less frightening.

Bariatric transportation:

Our bariatric transport unit is designed to meet the needs of patients weighing up to 1,600 lbs. Due to the extra manpower required to safely transport a patient , advanced scheduling is recommended.

Long distance transportation:

There are times when patients need to be moved long distances. Long distances are typically anything over 50 miles one way. For information about long distance transportation, please contact Alliance’s billing department directly: 248-457-0344, x223.

Personal emergency response system:

Emergency medical alert devices are designed for people who remain independent. With a push of a button, an ambulance will be summoned to your home immediately. For questions or information, contact 248-457-0344, x225.

Wheelchair transportation:

Alliance does not provide this service. However, for a list of providers in the tri-county area, contact us at info@alliancemobilehealth.org

Special Event Standby:

Alliance provides special event coverage however large the event. This service can be provided with first responders, ambulance unit, or with the paramedic bike patrol team. Call 248-457-0344, x222 for a price quote. Advance scheduling is required.

Tactical Emergency Medical Services:

Tactical paramedics provide medical support to law enforcement agencies during situations that require specialized tactical operations.

Honor Guard:

Our Honor Guard represents Alliance Mobile Health at police, firefighter, and emergency medical personnel funerals, parades and other ceremonial occasions.
