No one ever wants to be in an ambulance. But when it happens, we want to make sure your experience with Alliance is exceptional. Most patients rate an ambulance service on the following features: response time, communication skills of the EMT or paramedic, perception of medical competency, level of comfort when riding in an ambulance and cleanliness. When you come in contact with us, we want to know about your experience.
