EMS Clinical Quality Coordinator

A minimum of 5 years Paramedic experience within the EMS industry and prior quality experience preferred. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a continuous quality improvement program for the Operations Department in accordance with each medical control zone protocol, providing continuous quality improvement feedback to employees, supervision, education and management personnel within the time frames indicated, analyzing CQI data and making recommendations to education and supervision for improvements that can be made to promote higher patient care practices and customer service, assisting in the development of a continuous training and education program for all employees, and overseeing activity and performance of Field Training Officers. State of Michigan Paramedic license required, I/C license preferred.

Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills as well as clinical and written paramedic skills, must be able to maintain flexible work schedule, report in on short notice, and must be able to utilize computers with MS Office, cell phones and pagers. Experience with electronic charting preferred.

Salaried Position: $36,293 - $54,440
